Meet The Founder
Handled, Humanely was created from a place of deep understanding—both personal and professional.
There was a time in my life when even the simplest tasks felt overwhelming. Living with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and ADHD meant constantly navigating mental load, burnout, and the pressure of trying to “keep up” in a world that rarely slows down. During that season, I often wished for the kind of support I now provide-someone dependable, thoughtful, and non-judgmental to help carry the load.
That lived experience is the foundation of this business.
I don’t just understand what it means to feel overwhelmed, I’ve lived it. And because of that, I approach every client with empathy, patience, focus and care. My goal isn’t just to help you get things done; it’s to help you feel supported, seen, and more in control of your day-to-day life.
Professionally, I bring a strong foundation in Human Resources and business operations. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and have experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals and organizations by creating structure, simplifying systems, and improving workflows—skills that translate seamlessly into the support I offer today.
Handled, Humanely sits at the intersection of lived experience and professional expertise.
Whether you’re a busy professional, a business owner, or someone simply trying to stay afloat, I’m here to provide thoughtful, reliable support that meets you where you are—without judgment and without pressure and with gentle guidance.
Because getting help shouldn’t feel clinical or transactional.
It should feel human.
